Products and Lasts

Each pair of FILIPA shoes is handmade, so there may be minor variations in the size of the product.

For a safer purchase, we recommend consulting our Size Guide.

How is it packaged?

Each pair of Filipa shoes comes in a reusable fabric pouch.

Composition: 100% textile

How is the FILIPA Shoe last?

FILIPA shoes generally have a small fit, especially the Filipa Folding Flats.

We do not carry medium sizes.

In case your size is a medium number or you have feet width we recommend buying the next number.

Do FILIPA shoes yield?

FILIPA is made mostly of nappa leather, a material that, due to its softness with use, tends to yield and adapt to the shape of the foot.

Can FILIPA shoes get wet?

FILIPA shoes are mostly made of leather so they are not water resistant.

It is not recommended to get them wet.

Are FILIPA shoes washable?

FILIPA shoes are not washable.

For cleaning we recommend only using a dry or semi-damp cloth.

Exchanges

We trust that you will love your FILIPA, but if something does not go as expected, we are ready to help.

Any changes are subject to product availability.

How is a change made?

For changes, contact us via email at hola@somosfilipa.shop with the following information:

- Full Name

- Order number (you can find it in your email confirmation of the order or in your profile within our page)

- Reference of the product that you will send.

- Reference of the new product

- Reasons for the change .

In a maximum of 24 hours you will receive a response to your request.

What is the deadline to make a change?

The deadline for a change is a maximum of 30 days after the date of delivery of the product.

What requirements does the change process have?

The only requirement is that the product be in perfect condition and that the change be made within 30 days.

Who assumes the shipping costs of the change?

FILIPA assumes the shipment of the new product and the client must take care of putting the product of the change in the FILIPA warehouse.

How to make a return?

In FILIPA we do not make money refunds.

The only reason to make a money refund is for product quality reasons.

If this is the case, you must follow the same product change process.

Can a product in promotion be changed?

Products purchased with promotions and offers have no change.

Returns

We trust you'll love our products, but if something doesn't turn out the way you expect, we'll gladly accept a return within 15 days of purchase.

Requirements to request a refund

Make sure the product is new, unused and with all packaging.

Shoes should be tried on on a soft surface, preferably carpet, to avoid marks or damage to the leather.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent to you again.

How to request an international return or exchange?

For returns, contact us via email at hola@somosfilipa.shop with the following information:

- Full name

- Order number (you can find it in your email confirmation of the order or in your profile within our page)

- Reference of the product that you will send.

- Reasons for the return.

Returns outside of Colombia

FILIPA does not provide shipping labels for international changes.

Each customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can you return the money for a purchase?

In FILIPA we do not make money refunds.

The only reason to make a money refund is for product quality reasons.

If this is the case, you must follow the same product change process.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed when we already have the products.

The refund will be made between 14 or 30 days, depending on your payment method.

Your refund will be made in the credit card you paid with.

We cannot refund any taxes or shipping charges on reshipped products.

Orders and Shipments

Can I cancel/modify an order?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once created.

If you wish to cancel/modify your order, send us an email as soon as possible to hola@somosfilipa.shop.

We will everything possible to specify your request.

If your order has already been sent, you can only make the modification through the change process.

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your shipping information shows that the package has already been delivered, but you have not received it, contact us at hola@somosfilipa.shop.

Note: FILIPA is not responsible for lost packages/ stolen that show they were successfully delivered to the order address.

Pay Upon Delivery

If you choose this option, the shipping company will charge you on delivery.

Can I pick up my purchase?

You can pick up FILIPA at our warehouse:

You must present the purchase order number for the delivery of the order.
