For any change, make sure the product is new, without use and with all the packaging.
The shoes should be tested on a soft surface, preferably carpet, to avoid marks or leather damage.
Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Discount products have no change.
Changes are made up to maximum 30 calendar days from the date of sending your purchase.
Changes will not be accepted after this period expired.
The changes are by size or model and will be subject to the availability of the inventory.
The changes must be due to articles of equal value or greater value to the purchased article.

Include full order information (#ordden, date, name) and in maximum one day you will receive the indications of your change.
The cost of sending the product to Filipa runs on behalf of customer.
Filipa will assume the cost of sending the new product.
