POLICY GUARANTEE

Any article Filipa has six (6) months of guarantee for quality defects.

In case of presenting a problem associated with this issue, the mail must be notified:

We have no guarantees of articles due to improper use and natural wear of the materials.

No money returns.

Product transport to Filipa must be assumed by the customer.

Filipa is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the transport of

return.


Cancellations


To cancel cancel your order you must do it before the items have been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel.

The products that are acquired through multi -brand stores must go directly to these for any situation.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS


Any pair of Filipa shoes is made in an artisanal process, so it can present typical anomalies of this process.

Our main input is leather and being a natural prison material can have signals or scars typical of the PIEL and are characteristics of the products in this material.

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight, artificial light and moisture.

They should be kept properly and not use liquids or chemicals for cleaning that can generate effects on texture and color changes.

It is recommended to clean dry or only with water.
